We had our wedding vows renewed here and the staff really went out of their way to make this a memorable occasion for us. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly. If you want a quiet luxurious escape, this is the place to go. highl recommended

The staff are very friendly but do not understand or speak english that well. Unfortunately this is not just a problem at the hotel but throughout the island. The food was very expensive when compared to what you can buy at Chaweng (only 15 mins by car, approx 400 baht). I would recommend eating outside of the hotel to get more for your money but the hotel is great for relaxation.
