PR Guesthouse, Chaweng Centre
Room was spacious and just what I needed! A place to sleep and shower!
IF you re looking for a nice place to stay at non-resort prices this
fits the bill! Its a bit of a walk from the main loud Chaweng strip
but its not too far (10-15min). Only thing that was a bit troublesome
was the lack of the front desks ability to speak english!! but if
you want a great place to go to help you book tours and such...walk
about 10min north to Emb@ssy..wonderful staff, plus internet, food
and rooms if you want to be in the heart of Chaweng! |

I spent 17 nights in Chaweng PR guest house and really enjoyed. Very
simple and good staff, always very friendly. Nice room, daily clean.
Looking forward to be there again. |

I booked a room in advance via Internet, cos I read a lot of good
reviews on Chaweng PR Guesthouse. Though I stayed only one night at
PR Guesthouse, I am very satisfied with its clean room. |

I spent five nights at chaweng pr and really enjoyed it.The room was
big and airy, really clean and the staff very friendly.though a long
way from the heady nitelife, i liked that. A short walk from the beach,
a seven/11 across the road and close to lord nelson resturant,it was
my kind of place and when i am in samui again, i will be staying there.

Good value for money. The shower was reasonably hot, the room was
cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels. The beach is a 10
min walk along the main road. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop
on the hotel s doorstep. The TV in the room only had two channels,
both of which were in Thai, but you can hire a DVD player and DVD
s from a shop up the road. The only bad point was the noise at night.
There is a rock bar round the corner. I slept through it, but my girlfriend
used earplugs. |

Very clean, no frills but very affordable. I also found the employee
s to be very nice. I wasn t impressed with Chaweng itself but the
guesthouse was great. You can also rent scooters from them for only
200 baht a day. |

clean, neat, has good air con, fridge, tv. Only 2 mins walk to the
beach. convenient and on the main road where the shops, restaurants
and pubs are. very good value for money |

My husband and I booked the guesthouse for 3 nights and ended up staying
for 7. It is in a good location (the quiter end of Chaweng Beach but
not far from everything). The beach at this end is much nicer than
at the north of Chaweng Beach. The guesthouse was clean and had everything
you could want (towels, fridge, TV, very good air con, 2 free bottles
of water per day) . All for 800 baht per night! Would recommend to
those on a budget as you will get pretty much the same facilities
as you would in the hotels on the beachside except there you pay double
plus. |

This property was overall fantastic for the price, great position,
very clean and great air conditioning. I would definatley stay here
